Liu Xiaodong, male, Hunan Province, Dongan County, was born in October 1974, graduated from Hunan Normal University in 2003 and Academy of Fine Arts curriculum and instruction, under the tutelage of painter Qu Xiangjian, majored in oil painting education, the same year he engaged in the study of art education of preschool children. He is now a class two lecturer at the Hunan Normal University.
